  Lead the strategic direction, commercial growth, and governance of a 22-person accounting and advisory firm, including successful merger integration, brand development, and relocation to new commercial premises. Drive the firm’s innovation strategy, including the launch of new business units and the development of proprietary digital platforms.

• Palm Boutique Limited | Director & CFO | 2022 - Current

  Co-owner of a retail and e-commerce business acquired in 2022. Led all aspects of the acquisition process, including due diligence, capital structuring, negotiation, and integration. Currently in CFO role focused on financial planning, performance reporting, and HR. Also responsible for digital growth strategy, including e-commerce optimisation, data analytics, and enhancement of the online customer experience.

• Numio Accounting LP | Co-Founder | 2025-Current

  Co-founded Numio, a fully digital / mobile native accounting firm powered by AI. A hybrid between an accounting firm and a SaaS business, Numio has a big vision to disrupt the traditional model and provide a better accounting experience to SMEs across the country. Currently in beta testing phase, Numio is expected to be launched publicly by the end of 2025.

  Appointed as an independent director in 2025. Involved in strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement. Also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

• Nelson Arts Festivals Trust | Board Trustee | 2025 - Current

  Appointed as a trustee on the board in 2025. Involved in strategy, governance and stakeholder engagement.

• CA ANZ | NZ Councillor | 2024 - Current

  Elected member of the NZ Council, contributing to the governance and strategic oversight of CA ANZ. Provide input on policy consultation, member engagement strategy, and long-term strategic direction of the profession.

• Key Note Heritage Trust | Trustee | 2023 - Current

  Trustee of a multi-generation family Trust with a core purpose of maintaining a heritage property for the benefit of future generations.

• Crux Advice & Accounting Limited | Director & CEO | 2018 - 2023 (merged with Go Accounting Limited)

  Co-founded and led Crux as CEO through sustained growth and national recognition, including being named one of New Zealand’s top four emerging firms and winning Xero’s NZ Small Firm of the Year in 2021. Provided strategic leadership across operations, culture, branding, and client experience. In 2023, led the strategic merger with Malloch McClean - driving due diligence, cultural alignment, stakeholder engagement, and integration to form Go Accounting.
